Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Appointments
Appointments at Emily Beach Nails are auto-confirmed when you book. However, I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy or availability.
A fixed booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
2. Consultation Forms
Some nail services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. This helps me make sure the service is right for you and allows me to deliver the best results.
Please complete any requested forms honestly and thoroughly. If relevant information is not disclosed, it may affect the service I'm able to provide.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
If you don't show up for your appointment without letting me know, your booking fee will not be refunded and you may be asked to pay in full for future bookings.
4. Refunds and Repairs
Refunds are not available for completed services.
If you're not happy with your nails, please get in touch within one week of your appointment. I'll be happy to make any necessary repairs free of charge during this time.
5. Payment
Payment for the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
6. Health and Safety
All tools used are either single-use disposable items or are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between clients.
Please let me know about any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that might affect your nail service before your appointment.
I reserve the right to refuse or adjust services if I believe they may cause harm or if consultation requirements have not been met.
Please note that the salon is not wheelchair accessible without assistance. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact me in advance so I can help where possible.
7. Client Conduct
I aim to provide a friendly, professional environment for all clients. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your appointment being ended.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used only for booking and managing your appointments at Emily Beach Nails.
I will not share your information with third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.
You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me directly.
9. Liability
While I take every care to provide safe and professional services, Emily Beach Nails cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that occur despite proper consultation and procedures being followed.
Please follow all aftercare advice provided to help maintain your nails and avoid damage.
10. Age Policy
Please note that gel polish services are available to those age 13+. Acrylic and Gel Extension services will not be performed on anyone under the age of 16.
